Yes, we offer various finishes and materials for both the exterior and interior, allowing us to adapt each home to the client's preferences and needs.

Our homes can be installed on any buildable plot of land within Spain. It is essential to check local planning regulations before installing.

The purchase of a Wild House is subject to a reduced VAT rate of 10% as it is considered a first-time property transfer. Documented Legal Acts (AJD) and other costs associated with establishing the property must also be considered.

Companies will pay a 21% VAT.

The base price includes:

• Construction of the suite or housing modules in the factory.

• High quality exterior and interior finishes.

• Electrical and plumbing installations.
