To correctly define the foundation, it is essential to carry out a Geotechnical Study (EG) , which allows us to know the composition and resistance of the soil.

The land must have or allow for water, electricity, and sanitation connections. We also offer options for areas without connections through autonomous solutions (solar panels, ecological pits, etc.).
The installation of water connections, if the land does not have them, is not included in the base price of the houses.
It will depend on local planning regulations . In some municipalities, it is possible to install a Wild House on rural land as long as the use is linked to agricultural, livestock, or rural tourism activities, according to the current development plans.

No, the 360º management model is completely optional . It's designed for those who purchase a Wild House as an investment and wish to fully delegate the management of the rental, maintenance, and guest experience.
If you prefer, you can:
- Manage your home on your own, 
- Use it exclusively as a primary residence or second residence , 
- Or just don't rent it . 
There's no contractual obligation to join the 360º model. Plus, if you change your mind in the future, you can join the program at any time , adapting it to your needs.
The full 360º management model is only available in Spain . Outside of Spain, we offer a hybrid management option between Wild Houses and the homeowner.
If you join the 360º model, you'll be able to enjoy your home for a specific number of days a year , as agreed upon in the initial contract.
The rest of the time, the house will be available for tourist rental , within the dates established according to demand and season.
Key conditions to access the 360º model :
- The property must be located in an area with proven tourist potential . 
- It must meet the technical, aesthetic and operational requirements defined by Wild Houses (equipment, maintenance, decoration, local licenses, etc.). 
- Sign a management agreement that regulates use, schedule, revenue, maintenance, responsibilities, and distribution of benefits. 
This model offers a balance between personal use and profitability , supported by a professional management system.
In addition to comprehensive management (reservations, guest service, maintenance, marketing and reporting), owners who are part of the 360º model have access to an exclusive benefit :
Exchange stays : You can also use your personal days at other Wild Houses in the network, located in different areas of Spain (and in the future, in other countries).
This allows you to travel and stay in prime locations at no additional cost, subject to availability and prior planning.
